4 out of the 5 times I've wanted to use the ATM and it is down. This is over about 6 months. I don't trust it and it's inconvenient to keep trying back later. Im changing banks so I know I can get my banking done when I need to.
This branch keeps charging me for a safe deposit box that has been closed for years. I went to the branch many times to make sure it has been closed and they still charging me. I don’t even have keys for that safe deposit box. I have already closed all my accounts with this bank and I have been trying to close the safe deposit box since 2022.
3 employees standing around looking at their computer and 3 employees talking in there office. Horrible service. No wonder Huntington stocks will never gain. People have already switched banks where customers matter. Sorry we inconvenience the employees. Go to Kemba. Walk up to a computer and instant service.
Went through the drive through and it gave me $50 bills. I went inside for smaller bills and there were 2 bankers in an office talking and 1 teller. Teller was helping the drive through and there was one person in front of me. The person in front of me was looking for small bills and the teller spent way too much time (about 10 minutes) making excuses for not having 400 singles.
