Went in to get a title notarized and they were very friendly and helpful.
The banker made a serious error when I opened my account and got extremely defensive on the phone when I called, then hung up on me when I spoke to her. When I visited in person staff was clueless. Customer service could not fix it over the phone. Several bankers and managers put me off when I visited other branches in attempts to fix it. Horrible service don’t recommend going here
I had a very pleasant experience at this location as well as all the other branches in and around Columbus, Ohio. This particular visit I was helped by a young lady named Brianna. She was so helpful. She answered all of my questions completely, and she addressed my concerns in such a manner where I was comfortable. Sometimes handling business transactions can be stressful for me.
