I had a very pleasant experience at this location as well as all the other branches in and around Columbus, Ohio. This particular visit I was helped by a young lady named Brianna. She was so helpful. This location is always slow, especially if you use the drive up teller. Zero stars.
Zero concern for customers at this location. I stopped in to discuss an issue I was having, and the cashier was unable to speak to it (totally fine, I absolutely get that the front line doesn't have all the answers). The problems began when Joel stepped in to "help". He was extremely condescending, and gave the impression of being a total tool giving me the brush-off.
