Love Huntington Bank in general, but this branch has bad customer service.
I went to today to pay on my truck. I asked for the payoff because I knew I was close. The loan is in my wife's name so they wouldn't give me the payoff. They took my money WHICH WAS OVER THE AMOUNT OWED TO PAY IT OFF. THEY STOLE MY MONEY! WHAT KIND OF BANK DOES THAT???
5-Star for this branch. I hope their rating will soar, because their service was outstanding. Christina, a licensed personal banker at the Mill Run Branch helped me with an issue that also affects my taxes. She was very diligent and took the time to work through it. I know it will be resolved now. Although I am now counting on Huntington's back office to make the actual corrections, I'm in good hands with Christina and her team at this branch. They're awesome and Christina is an excellent banker. She also made me aware of Sm... read more
