Always a pleasant experience at this bank, very friendly, professional service. Only issue is they seem to need more workers...
The ATM gave me the most amount of bills possible instead of the least. I stopped inside to explain what had happened and was told in order to exchange my 20-$5 bills for 5-$20 bills I needed my ID. I showed the young man my receipt from the atm as well as showed him my license through my wallet. He then stated he needed my ID in order to enter the cash back in for the exchange. ATM is constantly broken
Absolutely the worst Huntington branch in Columbus. Hands down. If you enjoy wasting your time, being talked down to, and getting inconsistent answers depending on who happens to be working that day, this is the place for you. Drove up with three cars in the lot and still waited over 22 minutes. Just to be told they couldn’t help me. No explanation, no attempt to problem-solve, just a dismissive, “can’t do that here,” and back to whatever they were doing behind the glass. The staff is consistently rude and incompetent.
