Utter disaster of a mortgage experience. Slow and an administrative mess. Poor customer treatment. Would give zero stars if able.
I absolutely adore my drive thru teller at the Coshocton Ave branch in Mount Vernon, OH. She always has a smile on her face, does her job promptly and always wishes me to have a good day or weekend. Love her!!! More people need to be this kind.
