Rude and clueless staff. Refuse to print a card on site despite the ability to, because “no banks do that around here” which mind you, is a blatant lie.
I transferred from Comerica to Huntington Bank in April 2025, worst mistake I could have made, their service is the worst of any bank I have ever delt with.
James is always so friendly and helpful whenever I go in :) never had any issues banking here, everyone there is very kind.
We went into transfer some money into a CD, as they have very competitive rates (11 month 5.39%). We also opened up another account to access our money easier. The teller was very helpful and put us in the queue to speak to one of the folks in the offices to set up both of these needs. It took about half hour to get these two items taken care of, but they walked through the process including online access and text alerts.
