This bank has gone downhill since it first came to Jackson. They have closed so many branches and atms over the past couple years and now it takes you 30min to an hour just to bank with them. I would highly suggest another bank. Im done with this nonsense.
Went into the branch today to open a checking account and apply for the World Elite credit card but was turned away because the employee at the drive thru didn't want to open an account today. I was told to go to a different branch or apply online. They checked the schedule at the other branch and said it was booked. I just tried to open an account online and says I need to be verified in person. I work at a credit union M-F 8-5pm so coming in during the week is not an option for me.
