They deserve 0 stars and you actually couldn't pay me to bank here. First of all, they must be to cheap to even properly staff their locations. Theres only ever 2 employees working both drive thru and in-store at the same time, so you might stand there in line for 45 minutes. Then just to maybe be helped. Seems like anytime they dont feel like working, whatever your trying to do needs an appointment scheduled or its against policy. Took me without an appointment. Listened to my needs and everything all around a great bank so far
Making everyone wait in a long line, atms not working, teller giving attitude.
This bank has gone downhill since it first came to Jackson. They have closed so many branches and atms over the past couple years and now it takes you 30min to an hour just to bank with them. I would highly suggest another bank. Im done with this nonsense.
