I went to the ATM and tried to pull out money using another banks card. The machine said "transaction cancelled, we are having trouble dispensing money". So I left and after work tried again only to find out that they indeed took my money from my other bank, but I did not get the cash. I went into the bank and was told I need to call my other bank. Love Huntington Bank
Not thrilled with Hunnington Bank corporate but the employees at the Monroe Street branch are the best. Special shout-out to Whitney who was able to fix my daughter SSI account when I couldn't reach Social Security myself. They go way above their duties to help customers navigate problems.
Always had a convenient trip. Specially, Daniel making sure things are always taken care of!
Tiffany needs to be reported!! Wouldn't let a US citizen apply for an account even tho she add all her paperwork. Said she wouldn't help because she spoke Spanish only but she went with a translator!! Terrible!
