Very disappointed in this bank company. They are quick to hit you with a credit report that will impact you for 10 years. They don't care about customer loyalty, prior payment history, protecting their customer, etc. "Sorry about your luck. Just Deal with it" is the message you get. No communication before or after. Very sad way to treat customers. Absolute easy way to ensure they don't stay customers.
Despite all the other reviewers saying that Huntington is a horrible bank, I’ve actually had a rather good experience with them. They’ve been nothing but courteous, respectful, and downright good in my opinion. I’m even considering opening a checking account to further strengthen the relationship.
If I could give negative Stars I would. We have been hung up on 4 times and have been on the phone 4-5 hours trying to figure out how to pay our loan. No call backs no nothing. We have been trying for 2 weeks to set up Auto-pay, no one knows what they are doing!
Prepaid my commercial account, instead of applying to principle account they put in a seperate account and made monthly payments to avoid letting me save the interest, and never let that savings account collect interest.. so in the end the loan cost me an extra 5k, they said the account was short..
Huntington is straight trash now! Current leadership has failed this once respectable company. Use Fidelity instead.
