Unfortunately, I have to give this place 1 star in order to submit my review; otherwise, it would get zero stars! Do not, and I repeat, do not use this bank! The customer service is ridiculous and completely useless. We have both of our car loans through them, and it has been nothing but a headache dealing with them. We moved to another state the first week of April and called to get one simple form along with a copy of our titles to get our cars registered. NO STARS! Do not use this awful bank, ever! They do not follow clear directions from the customer. It took them 53 days to close an IRA and cheated us out of interest for those days! Terrible customer service, will keep you on hold forever and don't tell you anything useful. Now that trump has closed CFPB they will get away with MORE cheating to customers.
