I had a client send me a Zelle payment two days ago. The money was taken from her account and never appeared in mine. Complete radio silence. Client sent over the confirmation number and everything. I have called Huntington multiple times and, surprise, they have no answers. I am genuinely shocked that Huntington is able to get away with this theft. Stay far, far away from this shady bank at ALL costs! Do yourself a favor and never, ever open up an account with these fraudsters.

Often visit offices upstairs. Well maintained historic building that has great access to underground parking and tunnel system to other downtown buildings.
Called multiple times to get a simple question answered. Nobody can answer and they always claim a supervisor will look into it and call you back. Months later not answers.
Sent me a letter about a special going on, called to ask to be taken off their list, right when I was about to talk to customer service representative, they hung up on me. Banks ruined America. This Bank ruins lives on a personal level. This specific branch is can not be trusted. Do. Not. Give. These. People. Your. Money.
