Terrible customer service, rude staff. I am surprise same staff still working for the Huntington as listed by other customers in the below comments.
The shitiest customer service in the industry. Bad customer service, bad products, bad all around.
Very rude staff, red hair worker “Jared” is the name I believe, is super rude. Won’t help out someone who banks through them. Went to the Huntington on 5th st and they helped me out, would not recommend coming here if you are a Huntington banker. You will have to deal with very rude staff
this is more for customer service, they shut down my card without asking or telling me. i got stuck at a gas station trying to get home in the snow. i tried to use my card and it kept declining. i went into my app and it said i have no existing cards. called and they told me they shut it down. i have also tried to change my address many times and they have not done so.
Jen, “the banker,” at this location is a liar and is completely uninterested in helping customers.
