Unfortunately I've had bad experience with this specific branch. Through the phone. I've explained my issues, but the agent clearly didn't want to help , so she brushed me off, gave me a number to call, and luckily I called customer service, and my issue was resolved. I suggest not go bank with Huntington because their employees aren't trained to deal with any situations. Sorry not sorry.

Went in Friday to open an account because my current bank (Chime) isn't compatible with a recurring bill I have (requires a number from a paper check), and Diana made the whole process of signing up smooth and easy and took the time to answer any questions I had. Right now I'm using Huntington as a secondary bank, though that could change in the future. Either way, I'll definitely be back. And it's only a 15-minute walk from my house, which is super convenient!
We went to open a bank account at 230pm today teller was rude said they were understaffed and I had to come some other day or make an appointment and she shouted in front of all the customers instead of coming to the waiting area. She was very rude and frustrated like it was our fault.
The ATM is always out of service. I don't want to unload the kids out the car to go inside and withdraw money, EVERYTIME. What's up with this?
