The new branch manager Sam Hazzoury has horrible customer service. I have over 10 business account with Huntington and have never had an issue like this. I was instructed by other managers on how to deposit my checks but obviously he states that he is the branch manager and he knows How your checks need to be endorsed. Obviously I will never come back to the branch what a horrible experience. Never again good luck to this branch and he new brach manager Sam Hazzoury. Bye bye
This location is in a terrible spot if you need to use the ATM and are driving. There is no drive up at all and the only way to get to it is to park, hopefully on the street right in front of it.
I was in your bank making a house payment, and started a conversation with tiana,about putting a roof on my house and she mentioned using the ecudy in my house ,she said interest where low and to keep my cash,she gave me some good advice that I am going to use threw Huntington, she such a good person very nice and always smiles, thanks tiana
