This is by far the slowest bank ever. Taking 10-15 minutes to deposit 2 checks ....really...I get aggravated every time I go in there. I can walk into another bank and be out in less than 5 minutes. They have a visiting teller that helps out on occasion and she is great...I wish she was there all the time. Maybe more training would help...or more tellers during their busy times.
I have been a loyal customer of Huntington Bank for many years and have always appreciated the service—until my recent interaction with the new general manager, Sam, at the Springboro branch. I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude he was. He constantly talked over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and came across as incredibly condescending. There's nothing special about their offers. Pretty much the same as all other banks within a quarter mile. The main difference is the wait time. 95% of the time they are incredibly slow.
