This review is not about a specific branch but Huntington in general. There is fraudulent charges on my account and the process to call those in has been closing out my account today. The automated voice service when you call in for an issue is the worst I have ever encountered. She doesn’t understand anything and just continually repeats the same questions you just answered and keeps saying “I didn’t catch that” once you scream “representative” at her enough times she transfers you to wait 5 minutes to get someone to help. ... read more

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Huntington Bank that I feel everyone should be aware of. They closed my account without any prior notification and deposited a check from someone else into my account. Because I never saw or validated that check, it led to return check fees and ultimately the account being closed. To make matters worse, when I went to close out the account, they actually gave me a counterfeit bill. It took them three weeks and the threat of legal action to even acknowledge that... read more
