The past year or so when I have stopped by on occasion I usually the see the same staff on rotation and each one of them are a friendly and reliable face each time I walk in the door. This Huntington branch knows what they’re doing and how to care of their customers in a prompt and professional manner.
I would withdraw and leave as soon as you found another reliable way to store your money. This institute does not care for your concerns it takes them almost 30 days (26 to be exact) to reach back out to me. The gave the excuse they were ignoring customers because of a recent merger.
