If I could give less than a star I would! Heidi behind the teller desk is RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She can’t even wear a name tag and these people hired her!!! She is oblivious to everything! All I did was try to open an account and she was literally yelling!!!! I am on the phone now with corporate office trying to get her reprimanded for her actions!
Don't get a home loan with Huntington Bank. The process took forever and the loan officer I worked with was not very responsive toward the end of the process. In the end, she turned over the loan signing to the seller's attorney who was a bear to deal with. I felt abandoned by the bank and thrown into a pack of wolves. I would have preferred to sign the papers at my bank's office without the attorney's involvment.
