I'm trying to close out my safe deposit box. Unfortunately it's in my late wife's name although I am a signatory. They refuse to give me access to the safe deposit box, citing some ill-defined legal requirement. My attorney knows of no legal requirement, nor do other departments at Huntington. I have been a customer for over 40 years, but now I wonder why. The Canal Fulton branch personnel are not helpful and are uncaring. I recommend that if you are looking for a bank, keep looking.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. There's a problem almost weekly. Incorrect information, losing my account information, something new every time. Always a hassle.
