I’ve been banking here for years, and I really valued the relationship I had with both the bank and its employees. They used to be so welcoming and helpful, but that’s definitely changed over time — it’s just not the way it used to be. Because of that, I’m considering switching banks after all these years.
Samantha and Raquel were a great deal of help. They took the time to track and identify a fraudulent check that was wrote to me. That is definitely the definition of above and beyond service. We have always had great service with this branch.
