My biggest issue is no one ever returns calls to set appointments. I can’t run into the bank just to ask for an appointment then have to come back later for the appointment. That’s not great customer service and that’s happened more thank once.
ATM took my money and refused to refund or deposit it. This has happened twice at this branch.
