great bank but not this one I was in Minerva so decided to use this bank instead of going to my own in Carrollton,Ohio. I was in there for a very long time. One girl was waiting on the drive through another girl was talking on the phone. They didn't even act like they seen me, my son was starting to worry about me and was getting ready to come in when I finally got done. She didn't even tell me she was sorry for my long wait.
