If I could leave -10 stars I would. It was so ghetto and when you walk in you walk through a tiny 2 foot wide metal detector. Couldn't even fit the carseat through it. I felt like I was walking into a department of corrections. When I walk in nobody greets me. I sat in the chairs and had to get somebody's attention and I was THE ONLY ONE in there. My go-to bank. Employees are always helpful. Drive thru is always fast.
Do not go to this bank people are really rude they give really rude attitudes and not only that the notary lady with glasses and blonde hair don't remember her name she gives the worst customer service she gave us nothing but attitude and was not helping us at all and she was give us false information Go to a better notary because clearly she don't know what she's doing never coming back!!!
I was helped by Desire Maldonado, I very much enjoyed there energy. She asked me about my day congratulated me for my birthday talked to me about Texas Roadhouse (had it for my birthday) and was still efficient. She made the process go by faster than I had expected and was very polite and had invited me back and said she could always give financial advice. Overall a very amazing person.
