Oh my goodness! Oh the heavens! Mia Woods's customer service was STELLAR. SPECTACULAR! Truly a work of art! She wholeheartedly carries Huntington pride. Greeting every customer with a smile. I think all customer service should radiate "Mia energy" She even asked me if I wanted to get a credit card! How caring! I never even considered getting one before but i am thinking about it now!
This branch will never answer their phones. It doesn’t matter how many days you try calling them. You leave them voicemails and they never return your phone calls. All I want to do is open a CD and I can’t do it. Do not bank here go to a different branch or a different bank altogether.
Only positive experiences at this branch for me.
I called customer service and they could not answer my question so they offered to transfer me to a specialist. I'm still holding after 17 mins. Huntington is the worst customer service in the industry and the new website is a joke. Is this a bank? You could never tell by the movie style ads on their customer portal.
I came here today after having sooo many problems cashing a check. I went to Walmart , my personal bank and corner stores to cash this check. Bank teller Alyssa was so patient and kind with me and was able to get my check cashed with NO PROBLEM! Thank you Alyssa.
