I called customer service and they could not answer my question so they offered to transfer me to a specialist. I'm still holding after 17 mins. Huntington is the worst customer service in the industry and the new website is a joke. Is this a bank? You could never tell by the movie style ads on their customer portal.
I came here today after having sooo many problems cashing a check. I went to Walmart , my personal bank and corner stores to cash this check. Bank teller Alyssa was so patient and kind with me and was able to get my check cashed with NO PROBLEM! Thank you Alyssa.

Had fraudulent charges 3 different times in the past few months closed off different accounts still an issue. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a bank who takes care of their customers
