Tons of people standing around and no one wanted to help me do a wire transfer bc they had an appointment coming in 20 minutes. Told me to try a different branch or come back later….
I’ve had a relationship with Huntington bank for nearly 25 years and they have always given me great service. I have had everything from a checking and savings account to an equity line of credit and a money market account. Thank you Huntington for always treating me like a valued customer.
I opened cd at this location, Christina, she told me when it matured that I signed the correct paperwork that over the phone it could be moved to a money market or renewed. I’m on vacation out of state 10 hours plane ride away and now they’re telling me the only thing I can do is renew the CD, which I do not want to do. They’re holding my money hostage. I’m waiting for a phone call from the manager at this time, they hung up on me 2 times because I was being disrespectful because I’m mad and feel you’re holding my money host... read more
