I opened cd at this location, Christina, she told me when it matured that I signed the correct paperwork that over the phone it could be moved to a money market or renewed. I’m on vacation out of state 10 hours plane ride away and now they’re telling me the only thing I can do is renew the CD, which I do not want to do. They’re holding my money hostage. After struggling with a frustrating issue since November 2024, and visiting three other Huntington Bank locations plus numerous phone calls, I was at my wit's end. Thankfully, I visited the Massillon, Ohio branch and spoke with Jordan, the Branch Manager. He listened patiently, understood the issue immediately, and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Jordan's knowledge and dedication to customer service are truly outstanding. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you, Jordan!
They are so nice and friendly!
This branch lied to me and told me that I would have the co-person off my account the day I turned 18. Was not informed that I had to go in in order to get them off. $937 down the drain because of a lie that this branch told me. Should get full refund but they refuse to give me my money back even though it had nothing to do with me but it’s their lie that got me into this mess so they should give me my money back to get me out.
