I’ve had a relationship with Huntington bank for nearly 25 years and they have always given me great service. I have had everything from a checking and savings account to an equity line of credit and a money market account. Thank you Huntington for always treating me like a valued customer.
I opened cd at this location, Christina, she told me when it matured that I signed the correct paperwork that over the phone it could be moved to a money market or renewed. I’m on vacation out of state 10 hours plane ride away and now they’re telling me the only thing I can do is renew the CD, which I do not want to do. They’re holding my money hostage. After struggling with a frustrating issue since November 2024, and visiting three other Huntington Bank locations plus numerous phone calls, I was at my wit's end. Thankfully, I visited the Massillon, Ohio branch and spoke with Jordan, the Branch Manager. He listened patiently, understood the issue immediately, and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Jordan's knowledge and dedication to customer service are truly outstanding. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you, Jordan!
