No matter which branch you go to always friendly
They've always been good with me and helpful
1 star is too generous. The employees at the Huntington Bank on Springboro Pike in Dayton were rude, lazy, and completely unhelpful. My mom went in to deposit CASH into my account. Not a check. CASH. I sent her with my driver’s license and my debit card, and the teller still refused to help her because she said she needed to see my mom’s ID. What exactly was the concern? The bank is only open 9-5 m-f Saturday from 9-12. My son and I went in to open a new checking account on Saturday. We were advised to come back during the week. There was not even one person in the bank or drive threw. I was told they are way to busy to open new accounts on Saturday. Wow so why are they open. Do they not realize that people that work 8-5 will not be able to make it in. Maybe they will get more customers once they realize that.
