Terrible bank
The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Luke and Russ assisted with some legal documents and everything was done professionally and efficiently
I would give this bank zero stars if it were an option. My husband went in today to obtain a proof of funds to purchase a home and was flat out denied it. They said it was against the law to provide one. How is that even possible in todays times of buying a home with cash. The manager Luke was an outright jerk to me, a patron of this bank. He use’s bullying and intimidation to make their customers not remove their money from this god awful bank. They never have enough money to let you withdraw. They always have to call another bank to send you to. The maximum they will give you is $1500 in cash
