Great Bank!
We have had a checking and savings account with you for over 40 years starting with Liberty Bank way back when. I stopped to open another personal account to be told there was no one available, one tied up and the other with two appointments scheduled. The clerk even asked the person if they could do it after he was done and was told no. My alternative was to come back. That does not work for me and they were told I'll take my business to a credit union or another bank. Terrible.
When my wife and I began banking here 10 years ago, it was the greatest bank we had ever interacted with. I guess like everything else today, nothing is what it used to be. Since the merger or acquisition that occurred most recently, this bank has really made an about face and actually contemplating looking for a new bank to handle our needs.
