DOES ANYONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! IN THE PAST YEAR I HAVE CALLED THIS PLACE 3 TIMES AND GET VOICE MAIL EVERYTIME! UNACCEPTABLE
They can't seem to be able to get my address right. I have to use a zip code that isn't even mine in order to verify anything with them. A teller only put 100 in my account when I was depositing 1100. It took 8 days to get my cash deposited into my account.

Extremely unprofessional and -0- customer service. I have been a customer for over 35 years, way back to United Bank. When Huntington took over, customer service was done. I have tolerated their impertinence (too many random, rude, and sometimes costly, issues to explain) for years because, well, it’s inconvenient to move six accounts and bill pay.
