this was my primary branch for years. It’s the most convenient place for me to go to and from work. They’ve had some new staff at this branch, and they are generally untrained. It’s hit or miss whether or not you’re going to get someone who actually has authorization to take care of creating new accounts or fixing problems with accounts. And, when you try to call to express your concerns to them… Their employees give you an attitude.
