I went in to this bank one day needing a special favor. At the moment, I am not a customer, so the favor was discretionary. The women there could have easily refused to assist me. However, the planets must have been in alignment that day, because LaTonya, Brittney, and Susan did decide to help me! They could not have been any more polite and cordial!
