They rarely answer the phone and when I finally do get ahold of somebody and need to make an appointment for a Specialty Service, they tell me someone will call me back. They do not call back, this happened three times. I have to end up calling back a second time. And it seems they have so few tellers that it takes forever if you need to go to the lobby.

Ur people on north road are nothing but rude I got confused with a door dash and was trying to firgue where to go and had pulled in to turn around me text the customer and ur empolyeee came up so so rude in here car and yelled at me instead of just talking nicely how did she know I was trying to use the atm she had glasses and was older u guys need to teach ur employees how to talk to people better

ATM at this branch CONSTANTLY not working right. Tonight get to the dispensing cash part of transaction and it says having problems. No problem putting a hold on the amount though, that I'll now have to wait to lift. And of course I then had to drive across town to get to the next machine. About had it, have constant issues with electronic transactions with you too. Including a payment transfer inside your bank between my checking and credit card. Can't even handle your internal transactions? Plenty of other banks out there,... read more
