God forbid you work Monday through Friday, and have to show up on Saturday. Dont even try! They make you wait in line, tell you, you need to schedule an appointment, and then after you wait in line again, tell you Saturday's are first come first serve. 90% of Americans work Monday through Friday! HORRIBLE customer service. Never returning to this branch, and will tell friends and family not to.
They rarely answer the phone and when I finally do get ahold of somebody and need to make an appointment for a Specialty Service, they tell me someone will call me back. They do not call back, this happened three times. I have to end up calling back a second time. And it seems they have so few tellers that it takes forever if you need to go to the lobby.
Ur people on north road are nothing but rude I got confused with a door dash and was trying to firgue where to go and had pulled in to turn around me text the customer and ur empolyeee came up so so rude in here car and yelled at me instead of just talking nicely how did she know I was trying to use the atm she had glasses and was older u guys need to teach ur employees how to talk to people better
