Dealing with management here was like pulling teeth, I was able to go to the North ridgeville branch and have my problem taken care of literally within an hour, while the one in Elyria I was dealing with over a month. I also realize Covid is a big deal but not having your branch open and having extremely long lines with cars backed up all the way out of the parking lot all day is absolutely ridiculous! Other banks are open and are dealing with customers why isn't this branch?!
Huntington bank is horrible when dealing with fraud. Stay away from this bank.
