Waited 10 minutes in drive thur and nothing. Cashing a few checks. 15 minutes later, she tells me I can't cash them but not enough in my checking account. I ask her to look again. She messed the 40k I have in other accounts. I tried them again on March 30th and terrible experience I asked a lady to cash my checks then she gives me a deposit so she goes sorry my fault. I feel bad for anyone who goes to this Bank.

I went there to make a withdrawal at the drive through. The woman refused to allow me to withdrawal my account. Older black lady with glasses and long braided hair. Told me I can't for this and that reason. I deposited the money from another bank account. It's was immediately accessible. She would not allow me to withdrawal my money. I drove to the Huntington on Cleveland Ave and had no issue. Took me 4 minutes to get my money. I would not recommend anyone to use this specific location .
