Told a teller specifically that I didn’t want them to count and band my money as I was going to have to take it off and recount it myself anyway. She proceeded to ask me if I was sure 4 more times and after being reassured 4 more times she completely ignored me and turned around to do exactly what she was asked not to do
I met with Roger at Huntington bank in downtown Elyria today. He was super helpful and helped me open a checking and savings account today. I felt zero pressure to sign up for anything un-wanted , he was quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what the bank had to offer me. I absolutely felt that he had my best interest at heart and I would recommend to anyone looking to open an account, that they should go see Roger in downtown Elyria, and let him help you! I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at the Elyria, Court Street branch. I spoke to a man about straightening out a Zelle account. He said that he would have to speak to my sister about it. 6 days later, she STILL hasn't received a call from him! Thank you for wasting my time.
