Out of ALL the Huntington branches I use and go to. North Olmstead, Elyria, Avon Lake, Sheffield. Avon continues and still is the worst branch of them all. They do NOT look out for the customers best intrest. Smh.
Allison at this branch is awesome. Always friendly and helpful and problems solved quickly.
There seems to be a pattern with these branches. They make mistakes and they don't communicate that directly to the customer. They also find ways To blame the other form of deposit or other banks when funds are not available.
I work in Avon so I go to the Avon branch for quick transactions during my 30 minute lunch. Every time I go there I have one simple transaction-deposit etc. I wasted at least 10 minutes of my lunch waiting for them to deposit cash into my checking account. No one else was waiting in drive through. This happens every time. I press the call button because I am the one that’s supposed to drive in with under 5 transactions.
