Went in for a counter check a month before and had no problems. A month later had the same person and again asked for a COUNTER CHECK, she conned me into a certified check for $6. Not a lot of money but it's the principal. if they have to manipulate their customers for $6 how bad are they doing? I feel like pulling all my money and going to a different bank but I'll never go to this particular Huntington again.
Allison has been so helpful and patient with questions as I took the steps to set up my first credit card. She responds very quickly and has an overall friendly attitude! She also helped me swiftly renew my debit card. Overall amazing service!
Out of ALL the Huntington branches I use and go to. North Olmstead, Elyria, Avon Lake, Sheffield. Avon continues and still is the worst branch of them all. They do NOT look out for the customers best intrest. Smh.
