Worst customer service ever! Had two months to get it together for my daughters first home. Never kept her informed. Day before close finally returned calls, now may not happen for a few more days. Unacceptable!!! U had 2 months! Unprofessional and irresponsible! U have lessened this whole exciting and suppose to be happy time for her. Not to mention canceling u haul, friends to help move, time to paint, time off work etc. she should be compensated for ur lack of unprofessionalism!!!
