They are always friendly and fast. They are also very patient with my elderly father.
About 10 years ago I opened my accounts here and was very happy with the service. So happy that I brought my husband, our joint accounts, and our mortgage. I also recently opened my business accounts here. The familiar people were replaced with different people, who seem slightly less competent than the others. Love these ladies! I do all my personal and business banking at this location and over time I have gotten to know each of them well. They always remember my name and greet me with a smile. They make banking fun!
I also am disappointed with the service I receive at this Giant Eagle location. I felt that the tellers were very unprofessional when dealing with customers. More than once several tellers were very rude to me. Also, I feel these tellers are not trained as well as a normal Branch Offices. They have made several mistakes on my banking transactions as well. I actually avoid using this bank location when I have to bank with Huntington. I have presented these issues with the district manager but have not seen any improvement.
