Used the ATM and did not get my money. Went inside and there was a huge line of other people having issues, including others who used the ATM and did not receive their money. One person got so frustrated with the teller that they closed their account and left. After waiting in line, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Been calling since Saturday morning from 9 am -11 am and no answer. Today same been calling since 9 am. And still no answer. There not doing there job , it's not like they are busy..
I was wondering why there was only 2.7 stars and let me just say I now know. Please please please go to different location for any banking concerns. They will not help you here. You will get the run around from basic tellers (like you do the hotline service). This branch is not managed well. The manager needs to be trained on how to approach customers. Was rude and not helpful in any way. You’ll be waiting in line for awhile before they help as they have two tellers. Manager was never really seen unless an appointment was made and even then was late. Horrible experience with this bank and especially this branch in Cicero! Chime is better btw which is astonishing if you ask me 🤙
My mom made an a account for me back in December 2021 she put $1200 in the account in march 2022 my account froze and I ever since then I couldn’t get my money out of the account made by a parent
