Bank teller so rude & lied & said my money didn’t clear yesterday , but when I went to other bank on Roosevelt and Ashland they gave me my money ….. so racist there
The Branch Manager at this location is rude as hell. Observed her literally arguing with Customers. Her Name is Joy so many people was starting she always like that. Some even walked out. She was shouting across the counter I don’t care who y’all call . I’m still going to be here. She really needs to be removed she has no Business trying to run a bank 1st she needs training on how to conduct herself
Used the ATM and did not get my money. Went inside and there was a huge line of other people having issues, including others who used the ATM and did not receive their money. One person got so frustrated with the teller that they closed their account and left. After waiting in line, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. What’s worse is that I don’t even bank here, so they told me to dispute it with my bank. Been calling since Saturday morning from 9 am -11 am and no answer. Today same been calling since 9 am. And still no answer. There not doing there job , it's not like they are busy..
I was wondering why there was only 2.7 stars and let me just say I now know. Please please please go to different location for any banking concerns. They will not help you here. You will get the run around from basic tellers (like you do the hotline service). You’ll likely be insulted and left frustrated after speaking with the bank manager (short female blonde hair name not worth remembering) regardless of how you’re approaching the situation just know she is not there to help assist you just to say sorry and get you to lea... read more
