I think that the Huntington Bank is a great bank. They have great customer service in my opinion. I have no complaints.
Avoid this branch at all costs. I never leave negative reviews but if I can caution even one person from wasting their time it is worth it. This branch seems to operate under totally different ethics from all other Huntington branches and corporate policies. I was told I could not get a cashiers check here due to deposit being "pending", despite the transaction showing as completed in the app. I called the corporate customer service and they stated the branch was wrong and that the deposit was in fact cleared. For weeks I tired to set up a beneficiary IRA account and this branch overcomplicated everything. I went to the branch on 222 N La Salle St and literally set up an account the same day. So keep that in mind if you want to open up that type of account.
