Banks won't cash checks from this bank. Went to 4 places none would take it.
Having a loan from Huntington bank has been the worst banking experience of my life. Setting up auto withdraw has been a complete nightmare. I’ve called customer service 6 different times now and gone through the process of setting up an auto draft for my payments. All 6 times they have assured me that it is set up and complete, and all 6 times I’ve received a letter in the mail saying I’m late on a payment. I just received another letter in the mail again today about a payment not being received.
This Bank what’s the worst bank. I have an account with them for over 15 years. They decided to close my account without contacting me to let me know my account was closing. They even confirmed that there was no letter ever sent to me or email sent to me confirming that they were closing my account for some suspicious reasons. Which was never explained in the letter or in verbal conversations with their customer service. Their explanation was there was suspicion with my account changing of address.
