I wish to highlight the exceptional service provided to my family by Mr. Cannon at the Huntington station. We had two grandparents, three adults, and six grandchildren, only one of whom had recent experience at the Metro. When we approached the machines to obtain passes, Mr. Cannon came right up and provided really helpful support for us to obtain the passes we needed, and assisted us getting through the gates. This was a neat station to visit. It had a funicular elevator, which was cool, and the departure times were on time. Just they need more security here. It had one woman being harassed by two greedy men, and another woman smoking right outside the station.
