My boyfriend and I are both very frustrated with FCCB. When it was HVB I would have given 5 stars every time. I was with HVB for over 30 years. The staff was so friendly, saying hi every time I walked in the door even when busy, and no matter how many people were in line, I was in and out in 5 minutes or less. They always had at least 2 people working behind the counter, one for the counter and one for drive thru, they would help each other out, and others were around to step in if needed. We love HVB! Great for families and businesses. As the manager of Blue Hair Studio, I have been working with this bank for almost two years. Their customer service is great and they provide everything we need. The employees are truly what makes this bank a 5 star business! Thanks for all you do.
Worst bank in America. Simple as that. Do not do business with them.
