The staff do a good job bu allt the owner thinks about is money. Their back fence has fallen down and unfortunately backs onto my mums garden, my mum is 85 and has dementia and the owner is refusing to put a new fence up saying it is not her fence. Now i have to take her to court. The staff care, the owner doesn't.
