I was really excited to come shop at this store after following it for years, however hands down got the worst customer service I’ve experienced (both staff members) It’s not that hard to smile guys! Instead got greeted with snarky looks. Lost customers and future consigners.
Purchased a Comme des Garcons Skirt from the website and it was described as "Silk Velvet" both in the description and on their hand-written tag in the photo. They did not have a photo of the garments care label tags so I didn't realise until after I had purchased it that it's actually a 55% Rayon - 45% Polyester mix. It's definitely still an authentic piece from what I can tell but I expect better from the high pricing and from the type of store they're supposed to be.

Staff brusque quite rude , got a negative look straight off the bat as i walked in , also a vibe of 'well you can't really afford that' , somewhat snobbish and well to be honest ignorant . Yes i can afford to buy expensive things $ but won't be buying from here.
Gave this shop 2 items to sell, they have not gotten back to me after at least 3 emails over several months. Do not sell through this shop!
