It's a fancy - health gym. Fill yourself with wellness. Everything is in good condition. Sometimes maintenance takes a while, like the sauna which was out for over 9 months. Several classes are included with membership like yoga and body pump.
Going to orthopedist was a waste, these people do an appropriate diagnosis and develope a smart plan
Michelle at Physical Therapy was outstanding. She was able to pinpoint weak areas that were involved in my knee problem, give me great exercises both in the PT center as well as developing my PT exercise sessions that I worked on at home. I’ve seen excellent results. While I can’t recommend HMC’s bizzarre billing practices (I had no idea of the charges or billing periods. And my bill came months after treatment), I highly recommend Michelle.
