I sent a picture of a couch with the spring broken. Clueless, very unprofessional and rude.
Nice people and they did a great job repairing our wood table.
Several years ago I placed a hot coffee pot on top of my beautiful Queen Anne cherry dining room table. They stripped and restrained the entire surface of the table and restored it to it's original beauty. It was a pleasure working with them.
