This facility is by far the worst recovery program I have ever experienced. Although I was in network with my insurance, I was required to pay full price instead of my co-pay. To this day, every statement I get from this facility is incorrect, and is even addressed to the wrong person. I have received receipts with credit card numbers I do not own and I have received statements that have incorrect payment amounts (thank god I kept my receipts).
