This is my first year at the senior center. I have taken Healthy Bones and it is an amazing class. Very informative lectures and the exercises have helped me feel stronger and more balanced. The chair yoga and gentle stretching class are great for those that have difficulty standing. The instructors are patient and very helpful. I feel fortunate to have a great place to go to for health and social activities

Good size building. I was here for a 4-H event on the weekend. They have a good list of events listed on the bulletin board for seniors.
