While the drivers are all amazing the ignorant, entitled women that work dispatch should not only be retrained but they should also not think at 300 their jobs stop and they don't need to provide accurate assistance to the public. Patty, or whatever her name is, is beyond disrespectful. An hour waiting outside for me to be lied to about a driver that never showed. Not to mention once she felt like she didn't want to talk to anybody she let the phone ring non stop. Poor excuse of a human being.

be careful taking the bus at night because the dispatcher and the driver will lie about stops that have been made that were never made. Three people were hanging out at a one of their stops for over a half hour waiting for the bus to pull up and when we called Miss Patty said that the person was running late because he had to help two people at stop & shop. Stop and shop was not that far from the pickup location where we were at. 20 minutes after the first phone call we call again to see where this person is because three of... read more

I want to give Praise to God first and foremost and then to the two dispatchers Alison, and Shelly for the outstanding service they have provided to me. They always get me where I need to go.
