This company is leaving a debt on my credit when they know it violated Nevada State Law. This company is well aware that due to Domestic Violance law in the state of Nevada l was allowed to break my lease and had done so in writing and was given permission to leave by the apartment complex with no debt owed. However this agency continues to lie and commit federal crimes by saying that I owe the debt even though they have proof I don’t. These actions could be seen as discriminatory and even possibly criminal.
They are trying to get my husband to pay over $7,000 for rent on a house we never rented. We have lived in our home for over 25 yrs and have never rented! I think this company tries to commit fraud by threatening your credit and getting people to pay them!
