Booked in a job today that TNT had been screwing up on the single ute in the fleet and before I'd even gotten all the address details in writing the driver was on his way to the TNT depot! Great stuff all around, Tim has excellent customer service.

Had a driver deliver a package that was a Christmas present for my partner that I didn’t want her seeing, but she works from home. She told the driver that she wasn’t meant to see it, so he stashed it in our carport and put a drop sheet we had sitting there over it. Wish we were able to say thank you directly. Class act
