My experience with this place was absurd. I went there for closing, and long story short, there was a lot of back and forth between my lenders and one of the workers so they had to work a little extra, although I'm not sure which lady it was specifically. She told me in a email days after closing they were going to charge me extra due to my lenders taking long, but these charges came out of nowhere after we closed.
