The Exercise Physiology sessions twice a week have been great, I did not realise how important it is to keep up balance exercises until I had no balance when I started the sessions and only a few months in my balance had increased to 400% and I could feel the difference and it helped prevent a fall I otherwise would have had. I am very grateful to Hunter Rehab.
I had a back injury and i tried different physios but someone recommended me Joseph at hunter rehab and it worked out perfectly for me. He has been a great help in my recovery and i am pain free now. Thanks to his knowledgeable exercises and continued support i am able to lead a normal life again. Joe is Highly recommended for the pain management and recovery.
Hunter Rehab has given me strength and mobility that's eluded me for years. Having sustained quite a few injuries over the past two decades, I've needed to attend plenty of physiotherapy. Hunter Rehab's support has been far and away the very best. I highly recommend them, especially, if like I did, you feel that nothing helps. They can. 👏
Although young, Joe is wise beyond his years. The treatment plan and support provided by him was second to none. Easily the best in the business. He made short work of rehabilitation to my ankle that no one else could even diagnose. Cannot recommend him enough!
I highly recommend Hunter Rehab and Health. Staff are delightful and there’s lots of flexibility in appointments. I was able to get in a day after making enquiries. Staff are knowledgeable and caring and able to help you fulfill your rehab goals with confidence.
