This company is horrible. We caught them shorting us oil 3 different times. Every time we were told it would be fixed. It was never fixed. The driver and even one of the sales reps cussed us because we complained about being charged for more oil than they delivered. When we refused to sign for oil that wasn't delivered, they decided to no longer sell to us because we are "aggressive". I guess they don't like being caught stealing from their customers.

I have known Keith for almost 15 years and worked with him for 12 of those. He understand the importance of doing what you say and putting customer needs first! Keith and Hunter Oil Company has always gone above and beyond to handle our needs at Vulcan and they continue to do that today!
I have been dealing with Keith for years. He is the definition of customer service. Charlie & Keith have always went above and beyond all of my expectations.
